I am a master student in the Bioinformatics program at UHH and joined the Chair of Computational Systems Biology in June 2021 to work on my master thesis. After completing the molecular life sciences bachelor and master program at UHH I wanted to obtain further knowledge about bio-related computer and data science and continued with studying bioinformatics. For my thesis I am currently working on a federated implementation of an active subnetwork detection method. I also started working as a software developer in a small company.
